Step 5 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Prepare final designs and construction documents. Select interior design products and finishes. Schedule regular client meetings

Step 6 FIXED PRICE CONTRACT

Execute the final contract based on approved design and budget. Prepare ongoing budget audit & schedule tracking

Step 7 BUILDING PERMITS

Obtain necessary permits and special approvals

Step 8 CONSTRUCTION

Obtain final homeowner & design approval. Execute build according to plans and code specifications

Step 9 POST-CONSTRUCTION

Homeowner Walk-thru, punch list corrections and final client approval and complete project closeout

Preconstruction Design

This phase includes pre-construction planning estimate, which is a rough approximation

of cost prepared for information purposes only. The second step is a budget estimate,

which is an approximation based on preliminary cost information that is provided to us.

Third, is a firm estimate based on cost data that allows us to enter a binding contract
